At Arundel Hearing Centre we:

  • Provide full Audiological Assessment for the diagnosis and treatment of hearing loss.
  • No referral necessary.
  • Written medical reports to GP’s with recommendations for further specialist referral if required.
  • Supply, program and fit all makes of hearing devices in conjunction with a hearing rehabilitation program.
  • Current ‘state-of-the-art’ equipment used, including a soundproof booth for accuracy.
  • We are accredited with the Department of Health in Canberra to provide hearing services to Australian pensioners under the Hearing Services Program, in most cases, free of charge.
  • Primary clinician has University qualifications and has been in the industry for over 20 years
  • We can provide a ‘Home-Visit’ service for those who have mobility issues. Our clinic caters for all levels of physical disability.
  • Pensioners on the HSP program can transfer from their existing hearing services provider to us at any time, at no cost to them with full services intact.
  • We are privately owned and have no quotas or KPI’s that we need to maintain to satisfy the corporates – client outcomes are our main concern.
  • We are open Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm, but are available for booked appointments outside these hours.
  • Plenty of parking available with a short walk to our clinic – if needed you can park right outside our clinic.

Meet Michael

Michael is the clinician and owner/director of hearing centres at Arundel and now Mudgeeraba.

Two years ago, he relocated to south east Qld from Darwin where he ran his own practice for 10 years. He has over 20 years’ experience in the hearing services industry, beginning in the mid 1990’s at Hearing Aid Specialists in Port Macquarie, NSW. He has completed a degree of Bachelor of Audiometry at the University of Armidale and is a full member of the Australian College of Audiology. Michael is certified as a qualified practitioner by the Australian Department of Health, to provide subsidized services to Australian Pensioners.

  • We also supply and service all other brands if you have a preference – we’re not tied to one company.
  • Time payment is available to all private clients as well as those on the HSP program who elect to ‘top-up’ to superior instruments to those offered free of charge on the program.
