The Oticon device far exceeded my expectations. What I didn’t expect was the extensive after-sale service from the Hearing Centre. They are always available with their support. At my age that means everything! 75 year old and counting customer. My wife has been a professional entertainer. After I got my Oticon device from the Hearing Centre, I realized her singing is much better than her cooking. Thank you from the husband who eats out more often now. Michael Gray and his team at Arundel Hearing Centre were wonderful to deal with. Melissa makes you feel welcome and relaxed when you arrive for your appointment and the clinic is beautifully decorated. Michael is kind and caring and explains what he’s going to do so that you don’t worry. Getting hearing aids for the first time is a big deal but Michael made it feel very natural. He took lots of time explaining everything and continually followed up to make sure I was coping. I couldn’t recommend their care highly enough. Being able to hear conversations with family and friends and also on my phone (Bluetooth) has made a world of difference for me.
